Lowering a BMW E36 or E46 adds bump steer, which makes the front end feel nervous over curbs and bumps and unpredictable at the limit. The AutoSport E36/E46 Bump Steer Correction Kit converts your outer tie rod to an adjustable 5/8" rod end with shims, so you can dial bump steer out and get a calm, consistent front end.

This is the same bump steer setup we run on our own race cars, sold on its own for E36 and E46 non-M builds.

Choose Your Version

Stock-length E36 control arms and E46 control arms need different tie rod lengths. Select the version that matches the control arms on your car:

• Stock-Length E36 Arms

• E46 Arms (E46 cars, or E36 cars converted to E46 control arms)

Fitment

Fits BMW E36 and E46 non-M models. Welding to the spindle is required, and we strongly recommend professional installation followed by a bump steer check.
